Do not submit patient names, clinical records, or other patient-level health information through these forms.
How Information Is Used
Praxora uses the information you provide to deliver calculator recovery breakdowns, provide requested recovery resources, respond to Follow-Up Leak Review requests, understand which workflows users are interested in, and improve the website and calculator.
Calculator Data
The Revenue Leak Calculator uses practice-level estimates such as call volume, follow-up process consistency, unscheduled treatment estimates, and overdue recall counts.
The calculator does not require patient-level information.
Follow-Up Leak Review Data
The Free Follow-Up Leak Review form asks about practice-level workflows for missed calls, unscheduled treatment, and overdue recall so Praxora can review where follow-up may be breaking.
Analytics
We use website analytics to understand how visitors use pages and features such as the Revenue Leak Calculator.
Email Communication
When you request a recovery breakdown or workflow review, we use the email address you provide to deliver the requested information and communicate about that request.
Data Retention
Praxora retains submitted practice-level information for as long as needed to respond to requests, understand website performance, and improve the product. You can ask for your information to be removed.
